Slow Pour Log is a private notebook kept by one home brewer. It started as a stack of index cards next to the kettle and moved here so I could find things again.

Nothing is sold here. There are no ads, no tracking, and no cookies.

Everything on these pages comes from my own kitchen, my own tap water, and a fairly ordinary grinder. Treat the numbers as a starting point and adjust them to your taste. And take care around boiling water and hot kettles.
